原料:
清鸡汤240ml、橄榄油1汤匙、梅林辣酱油1汤匙、芒果1½颗、蒜3颗、红辣椒1根、罗勒碎1汤匙、糖1大匙、盐少许、黑胡椒粗粉少许
制作方法:
①芒果去皮去核,将一颗打成泥,另外半颗切小丁;蒜切碎;红辣椒去籽切碎备用
②油入锅用中火炒蒜头、红辣椒、罗勒碎,加入鸡汤、糖、梅林辣酱油煮开转小火,再将芒果泥逐渐加入锅中,边煮边搅动,煮至汁液浓稠,加入盐与黑胡椒粗粉调味,起锅后放入半颗芒果丁
