Dictyophora indusiata Fisch is regularly cultured in the culture medium made from bamboo or leaf trees.
竹荪通常用竹子、阔叶树等作为培养基栽培，采用适当处理后的杉木屑栽培竹荪，取得进展。
补充资料：清汤竹荪
制作原料：水发生竹荪，口蘑，玉兰片，豆苗、清汤、鲜姜、精盐。
制作方法：将竹荪用清水漂净，去根，修饰整齐。将口蘑水发后洗净，片薄片。玉兰片切成花刀片，用清水漂起，豆苗择尖洗净。将口蘑，玉兰片用滚水氽透放入汤碗内。汤锅注入清汤烧开，下鲜姜微滚捞去鲜美姜不用，加精盐，打净沫后倒入汤碗。汤锅下清水烧开，投入竹荪烫两次，捞出轻放在汤碗中的汤面上，撒上豆苗尖加盖即成。
菜品特点：汤汁清鲜，竹荪质嫩脆爽，美观雅丽，更诱人食欲。
