竹荪莲子汤
原料: 原 料：
干竹荪25克，鲜莲子50克，嫩丝瓜500克，笋片50克，素鲜汤、精盐、味精各适量。
制法: （1）竹荪用冷水泡发洗净，剪去两头，切斜形块，泡在冷水中。
（2）鲜莲子下沸水锅焯10分钟，刷去莲衣捞起，用冷水浸泡。
（3）丝瓜刮去外皮，去瓤，切成菱形片，与竹荪、鲜莲子、笋片一起下沸水锅，几分钟后捞出，放入汤碗内。
（4）精盐、味精、素鲜汤放入另一锅中，煮沸后出锅，盛入放竹荪、丝瓜、莲子、笋片的汤碗内即成。
特点: 色鲜味美，平补清热，减肥健身。
