The volatile compounds from fresh cooked rice and instant cooked rice were extracted by headspace solid micro-extraction(HS-SPME) and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).
以新鲜米饭和方便米饭为原料,采用75μm CAR-PDMS涂层探头的固相微萃取器顶空取样,提取样品的挥发性成分,用气-质联用仪(GC-MS)对挥发性成分进行鉴定,检出新鲜米饭含有挥发性风味物质41种,方便米饭含有35种,均以挥发性羰基化合物和烃类化合物为主。

为杜鹃花科植物米饭花的果实。
【植物形态】
米饭花(《植物名实图考》)，又名：珍珠花(《植物名实图考》)，夏菠、羊豆饭、小三条筋子树。 常绿灌木，高可达2米，平滑无毛。叶互生，倒卵状披针形，或卵状椭圆形，长5～8厘米，宽1.2～2.5厘米，先端渐尖，基部稍圆或阔楔形，边缘具细小锯齿，革质，无毛，叶柄短。总状花序腋生，长3～7厘米，常数花序集生于枝端；苞片披针形，早落；萼筒钟形，5齿裂；花冠白色，筒状卵形，长6～8毫米，先端5浅裂；雄蕊10，花药有芒状附属物2枚；子房下位。浆果球形，径约5毫米。花期4月。果期7月。 多生于灌木林中。分布江苏、安徽、浙江、福建、湖南、湖北、贵州、云南等地。

夏、秋采收。
【性味】
《贵州民间药物》："性平，味甘。"
【功用主治】
①《贵州民间药物》："消肿。治全身浮肿"。 ②《广西药植名录》："散瘀消肿。治跌打，全身浮肿；又能拔弹、去砂。"
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，3～5钱。外用：捣敷。
