| 自负盈亏 assume sole responsibility for its own profits and losses 企业或经济组织实行独立经营、独立核算，对自己的经营成果好坏及盈亏承担全部或相应的经济责任的一种经营原则。商品经济的必然产物，企业作为独立的经济法人的重要标志。 自负盈亏的基本要求是：企业在完成国家税金的前提下，必须以收抵支，利润归自己支配，亏损也由自己负责。企业实行自负盈亏，可以使责、权、利统一，有利于发挥企业生产经营的积极性，增强企业的活力，促进生产力的发展，从而也有利于进一步完善社会生产关系。中国的集体所有制企业是完全的自负盈亏企业；全民所有制企业以前也实行自负盈亏，不过，并不是完整意义上的自负盈亏，企业盈利增加了，按规定比例与国家分享，盈利减少甚至发生经营亏损时，只按相应的比例降低其经济利益。因此，要使全民所有制企业具有活力，必须转换其经营机制，真正做到自负盈亏。 |
