用料:去皮猪肥瘦肉400克。调料:精盐3茶匙,味精、胡椒粉各1茶匙,芝麻油3茶匙,脆浆225克,干淀粉0.5汤匙,花生油1500克。
【制作过程】
将猪肉洗净,用绞肉机绞成肉泥,放入盆中,加入精盐,用竹筷搅打至起胶(顺一个方向搅打),放入味精、胡椒粉、干淀粉、芝麻油拌匀,然后挤成丸子,每个重约10克,盛在盘中,放入蒸笼中用火蒸约8分钟至熟取
