【共同海损补偿]共同海损行为引起船舶、货物和运费的牺牲所致的直接损失及为共同海损支出的额外费用，可获得的补偿。船舶的补偿应以实际支付的合理修理费、配置费或合理估计的必要修理费为准;货物的补偿应以受损货物在目的港的完好价值减去由于损失无需支付的运费;运费的补偿应以运费净损失为准，即托运费扣除因共同海损牺牲而不必支付的各项营运费用。
