羊膝2只；羊臀片60克；苋菜1公斤；番茄10只；日式萝卜1条；羊清汤500毫升；喱片15块；沙律菜30克；脆薄片2块调味料：芥末籽醋汁2汤匙；沙律汁2汤匙卤水汁：老抽半公升；姜100克；香茅8支；干50克；蒜头50克；鸡汤3公升
【制作过程】
1.羊膝烩熟去骨起肉，备用。 2.番茄、日式萝卜切成幼条备用。 3.将咖喱片溶于羊清汤内。 4.苋菜灼熟，摊放在保鲜纸上，再连保鲜纸一起放进模内。 5.将羊膝肉、番茄及萝卜平均放进模内。 6.把羊清汤慢慢倒进模内。 7.用剩余的苋菜铺面，存放于雪柜约3-4小时，直至变成喱状，成羊喱批，切片备用。 8.羊臀肉放在卤水汁内烩煮3小时至腍，切片，连羊膝批上碟拌以沙律菜小麦片、沙律汁及油醋汁即可。
