本研究以小尾寒羊和德国美利奴为育种素材,采用经典育种技术结合FecB和IGFⅡ第五外显子位点的SNPs,选育一个生长发育快、繁殖率高、毛用性能好的舍饲型“肉毛兼用”绵羊新类群。

In this study, the production performance of 69 cows from nucleus herd of Yellow Cattle of Dual Purpose Strain in Northern Anhui were measured.
本试验选择皖北黄牛乳肉兼用新品系核心牛群69头,分别测定其初生、6月龄、12月龄和18月龄体重及各阶段体尺生长发育指标;并对青年公牛进行育肥试验,分析其屠宰性能和肉质性状;对母牛产奶量及乳品质进行测定、分析。
