苦寒清热 　　治疗学术语。清法之一。又称苦寒泄热。指用苦寒药物清除里热的治法。如见身热头痛，口渴，小便黄赤，苔黄舌红，脉数之里热证，可用黄芩汤。如里热炽盛，兼见谵语、发狂。或衄血吐血，或发斑，苔黑干起芒刺，脉数有力者，用黄连解毒汤。
