These defects that often arise in autoclave molding are summarized, and the effect rules of complex structure on manufacturing defects are revealed on the basis of statistical analysis of a considerable amount of defect information obtained by non-destructive testing of composite components.

The Temperature Control System of Hot-embossing Machines for Fabrication of Polymer Microstructures;

The principles of hot-embossing method, process parameters and process control were briefly introduced, and according to the process requirements, the basic functions of hot-embossing machine including temperature and press force control were determined.

For the needs of a new type of biodegradable implantable drug delivery,temperature control device and temperature control system of the hot-embossing equipment were designed and manufactured.
