教师对学生行为的归因(teaeher,sattribution toward the student,5 behavior)教师对学生的各种行为原因的认知。这种归因会影响教师对学生的理解、态度和指导。研究表明,教师的归因虽然多是正确的,但也存在着一些特殊的倾向。首先,对学生的失败,教师倾向于归因为学生自身的能力和性格,而很少认为与教师的教学有关。这样就会出现将教师教学不当所引起的学习成绩下降等失败归罪于学生不努力,从而不适当地批评和斥责学生。其次,在学习差生取得成功时,教师多归于课题难度、偶然因素等外部因素;在差生出现失败时,教师多归因于缺乏能力等内部因素。结果,学习差生即使取得进步也难以得到相应的鼓励,倘若表现不佳,则被教师斥之为当然。因此,教师在对学生的行为进行归因时要注意防止上述偏差。 (周国怕撰戚立夫审)
