适应症：
主要用于维持治疗慢性心功能不全。
用量用法：
主要采用口服，不宜口服者可以肌注，必要时静注。饱和量：成人０．７～１．２ｍｇ；小儿２岁以下每千克体重０．０３～０．０４ｍｇ，２岁以上每千克体重０．０２～０．０３ｍｇ。维持量：成人每日０．０５～０．１ｍｇ；小儿为饱和量的１／１０，每日１次。
注意事项：
1.可有恶心、呕吐、黄视等。不可与酸、碱类配伍。其余参见洋地黄。 2.同时服用苯妥英钠、苯巴比妥、保泰松、利福平，会使血中洋地黄毒甙浓度降低５０％。
规格： 片剂：每片０．１ｍｇ。针剂：每支０．２ｍｇ（１ｍｌ）。 [贮法] 避光、密闭保存。
