苦瓜400克,豆豉15克、小鱼干20克、蒜瓣20克、辣椒半个、豆油150克、精盐5克、味精4克、冷水适量。
【制作过程】
1.将苦瓜去蒂、去籽、洗净后切成薄片,豆鼓用水泡后洗净、拍碎,辣椒洗净切成斜片。
2.炒锅上火,投入豆油、烧热后爆香豆鼓、蒜粒、辣椒、再投入小鱼、放入苦瓜和水、用中火焖煮至熟透、加入盐和味精调味、拌匀即成。
