主料:苦瓜、墨鱼、基围虾

调料:盐、天添鲜、牛奶、料酒、白胡椒粉、水淀粉、橄榄油

操作:

1、墨鱼、虾肉做成茸,加料酒、盐、葱姜蒜粉、天添鲜、白胡椒粉、橄榄油,拌匀;

2、将鱼虾茸填入苦瓜卷,基围虾塞进卷中,做成造型;

3、锅烧热,把海鲜卷放入锅中,倒上橄榄油,略煎,加入水,加盖稍煮,捞出装盘;

4、锅里倒入牛奶,放入糖,勾芡,淋在海鲜卷上即可。
