性质:又称袂康花色苷。系花青素的衍生物。它是花青素和槐糖(sophorose,又称2-葡萄糖-β-葡萄糖苷)缩合而成的糖苷类化合物。通常可以从罂粟属植物(papaver rhoeas L.)的花或酸樱桃(sour cherries)中提取。暗红色结晶或暗红针状结晶,最大光吸收在523nm处。溶于水。用它可制备鼠李葡萄糖花青苷而应用于制药。
