This article analyses the reasons of the loss of cultural information in interpreting from the macro, micro and textual perspectives, and makes a further discussion on how to compensate the loss of cultural information in interpreting to the maximum extent in the stages of the cultivation of cultural awareness, knowledge acquisition, comprehension and reformulation.

This paper attempts to probe into the problem of point of view in the translation of classic Chinese poetry by comparing different English versions of the same Chinese poems to analyze the in-fluences of point of view on poetry translation,namely,in the creation of idea realm,the transmission of cultural knowledge,the representation of textual content and the reconstruction of image.
