The modern management theory of manpower resources was applied to doing research on the plural-training manners of the volunteers for Beijing Olympic Games.

After studying the experience of training soccer coaches in some other countries, theauthors analyzed the existing problems in soccer coaches training in China and put forward a sugges-tion of establishing a pluralistic training system, which combines higher education, adult education andon-the-job training.

Metacognition plays an important role in the learners’thinking activities, and metacognitive training which combines specific disciplines not only can improve the basic skills of specific disciplines but also can promote the improvement of the students’auto-learning abilities.

This thesis reports a study of the effect of metacognitive training on listening instruction.

Only by choosing different contents,training in different levels can we promote practical results of health education of psychology in secondary and primary schools.
