This paper is going to analyze the inaccurate problem from three aspects,misrepresent the information,and make the conception vague,and express the terms inconsistently,which are common existing in the translation of the foreign economic and trade contracts,and proposes three basic principles-faithfulness,exactness,and consistence-with an aim of great accuracy.

涉外来料加工合同外商与我国国内企业就来料加工所达成的协议。来料加工合同的特点是外商提供原材料、辅料、原器件、零部件，由国内企业按照外商提出的要求加工成品或半成品，由外商在海外市场自行销售，并按双方约定标准，向外商收取加工费(工缴费)。常见形式有四种：
1.全部来料加工合同，就是产品的原材料等全部由外商提供，我国企业按其标准生产。
2.部分来料加工合同，就是产品的原材料等部分由外商提供，部分采用国内企业的原料、辅料，国内企业按其产品约定标准生产。
3.来料加工与补偿贸易结合合同，就是外商在提供原材料的同时，还提供有关机器、设备等，其款项从外商支付的加工费中扣除。
4.来料种养加工合同，外商提供种子、鱼苗，我方养殖。
