阐述老舍文学“京味儿”的特色、源流,主要从其文学作品中真实的地理环境描写、美丽的自然景观、丰富的民俗表现、民俗语言的运用及对北京人心理展示五个因素中寻找“京味儿”,分析其“京味儿”文学的特点。
补充资料：京味葱油黄瓜
特点：色泽翠绿，咸鲜脆爽，富有葱味。
制法：
1.将黄瓜洗净，切成上厚下薄滚刀小块，放在小盆内用适量精盐拌匀，码味约几分钟后，用凉开水淘洗干净，轻轻挤干水分，放入盘内。
2.葱洗净切成碎末，放在小碗内。炒锅置火上，锅内加适量香油烧热，倒入加葱末的小碗里，烫出香味，制成葱油，晾凉备用。
3.将黄瓜放入小盆内，加适量精盐、味精，再倒入制好的葱油拌匀即成。
