特点:色泽翠绿,咸鲜脆爽,富有葱味。
制法:
1.将黄瓜洗净,切成上厚下薄滚刀小块,放在小盆内用适量精盐拌匀,码味约几分钟后,用凉开水淘洗干净,轻轻挤干水分,放入盘内。
2.葱洗净切成碎末,放在小碗内。炒锅置火上,锅内加适量香油烧热,倒入加葱末的小碗里,烫出香味,制成葱油,晾凉备用。
3.将黄瓜放入小盆内,加适量精盐、味精,再倒入制好的葱油拌匀即成。
