The paper has proved the theorem of Fermat solution that two consecutive integers are not a same odd prime number p and its interrelated conclusion by using the result in reference article 1, so that it solues the problem of that 2 p-1 ≡1(modp 2)and 3 p-1 ≡1(modp 2) can be tenable at the same time without odd prime number p, and further more it proves the first condition of Fermat theorem.
