治小儿、大人一切骨鲠或竹木签刺喉中不下:腊月中取鳜鱼胆,悬北檐下令干,每有鱼鲠,即取一皂子许,以酒煎化温呷,若得逆便吐,骨即随顽涎出,若未吐,更吃温酒,但以吐为妙,酒即随性量力也。若卒求鳜鱼不得,蠡鱼、鲩鱼、鲫鱼(胆)俱可,腊月收之甚佳。(《胜金方》)
