材料介绍:
去皮南瓜半斤(切条状)、熟咸蛋黄3个
制作方法:
1、咸蛋黄用勺子压碎;南瓜条用加了油的盐水灼软后捞起沥干水份备用;
2、南瓜条扑上一层干淀粉后用热油炸酥,捞起沥油;
3、 慢火把蛋黄碎加少量水炒至起泡,然后将炸好的南瓜条回锅拌匀,再以少许鸡粉调味即可。
