基本材料 鳖1只,猪脊髓200克,生姜、葱、胡椒粉、味精各适量。

制法:将鳖用开水烫死,揭去鳖甲,去内脏和头、爪;将猪脊髓洗净。将鳖肉放入铝锅,加生姜、葱、胡椒粉,用武火烧沸,再用文火将鳖肉煮熟,然后放入猪脊髓,煮熟加味精即成。

功效:滋阴补肾,填精补髓。

用法:佐餐食用。

应用:适用于肾阴亏虚腰膝酸软之人。
