针对黄龙滩水电厂洪水调度的具体情况 ,在指定的目标要求和内外环境下 ,运用定量、定性或两者相结合的方法 ,提出了常规调度、优化调度和自拟调度三种洪水调度模型 ,产生了相应的洪水调度方案。
