补充资料:汽车刹车钳体快速成形加工(MEM工艺)
1.背景
汽车工业中很多形状复杂的零部件均由精铸直接制得,如何高精度、高效率、低成本地制造这些精铸件的母模是汽车制造业中的一个重要问题。采用传统的木模工手工制作,对于曲面形状复杂的母模,不但效率低、精度低,难以满足生产需要。采用数控加工中心制作,则成本太高。因此,北京殷华激光快速成形及模具技术有限公司与江苏省常州华能精细铸造厂合作,采用快速成形技术中的熔融沉积制造工艺——MEM制造汽车复杂零部件精铸用母模,精铸部分由华能精细铸造厂完成。
2.工艺过程
首先根据汽车刹车钳体精铸母模的二维图纸,采用Pro-E三维实体建模软件,建立其三维实体CAD模型,然后再采用北京殷华激光快速成形及模具技术有限公司开发的Lark’98系统对CAD模型进行数据处理和工艺规划,最后采用MEM工艺制得汽车刹车钳体精铸母模。
3.设备及工艺参数
采用殷华公司生产的YHHP-1007型ABS丝在MEM-250-II上用MEM工艺制作。送丝速度为180mm/min,喷头行走速度35mm/s为,加热温度为275℃,由于该件较复杂,所以采用整体支撑。
