Based on analysis of the low frequency vibration machining principle of micro-pits on honeycomb surface,this work studied the distribution law of low frequency vibration impact formed on an inside-cylinder surface and presented a micro-pits machining method that could control the micro-pits structure parameters.
在分析蜂窝状表面微坑低频振动冲击加工原理的基础上,研究了低频振动冲击在缸套内表面形成分布规律和结构参数可控的微坑加工方法,提出了利用位置敏感器件(PSD)为核心构成在线二点法的刀杠位移检测系统,并将检测出来的实际参数传递给计算机,计算出刀杆位移的修正位置和修正余量,由伺服电机驱动刀具对表面微坑进行低频振动加工。
