劳动心理状态(menta一states of labor)劳动者在工作进行中,由其全部心理要素组成的、相对稳定的心理结构。它的功能在于使人与由具体工作情境体现的外界劳动环境之间相互产生积极作用。这种劳动心理状态的表现是多维的。诸如根据持续时间的久暂可分为:相对稳定并长时间的持续状态,像对工作本身是否满意或有无兴趣;暂时情境的、持续时间不长的状态,像工作中偶发的故障或人际冲突;在劳动活动中某种周期性出现的心理状态,像工作中的“初期奋进”、“终末奋进”和周期性身心疲劳等。根据工作内容和性质引起的心理状态,又可分为寂寞、冷淡、嗜睡、高度集中等周期性状态。此外,还可根据某种心理因素的优势,将劳动心理状态分为情绪状态、意志状态、观察状态、注意状态和紧张的思维状态等等。 (张燕逸撰张觉审)
