性质:又名氨茴霉素。链霉菌Streptomyces  refuineus产生的苯并二氮卓类抗生素。用丁醇由培养滤液提取,以逆流分配法精制。类白色粉末,熔点188~194℃(分解)。紫外吸收峰(e):235nm(18,200),333nm(31,800)。已全合成。具有抗革兰氏阴性菌与真菌的活性微弱,还有抗病毒、抗噬菌体与抗肿瘤作用。
