主料
小棠菜8两(约320克),猪五花肉2又1/2两(约100克),洋葱1/2个(切片),粟米粒2两(约80克),鲜忌廉5汤匙,牛油2汤匙,面粉3/2汤匙,盐2/3茶匙,胡椒粉少许。
做法
1、猪肉切长片;小棠菜洗净,修剪整齐;粟米用滚汤焯熟。
2、煮溶牛油爆炒肉片,至变色时加洋葱炒拌,然后下青菜、粟米炒匀,加面粉再炒拌。
3、注入清水4杯,候滚,除去浮沫,以盐、胡椒粉烧滚,加入鲜忌廉,熄火,推匀上碟。
