原料配方 韭菜250克 草莓250克 菠萝200克 桔子200克 柠檬汁10毫升 冰块2～3块
制作方法
1.韭菜摘净，清洗，用开水焯一下，切碎。若用组织捣碎机，韭菜不要用开水焯为宜，以免营养损失。
2.菠萝去皮，切成小碎块，草莓洗净，去蒂和籽，桔子剥皮，去内膜及籽。
3.在玻璃杯中放入冰块。
4.分别将韭菜、草莓、菠萝、桔子放入两层纱布中，用硬的器物压碎，挤出汁，注入盛有冰块的玻璃杯内。
5.或者将草莓、菠萝、桔子放入家用组织捣碎机内，捣碎出汁，用纱布过滤，注入放有冰块的杯中。韭菜则将数株合起来，扭弯放入捣碎机内，捣碎出汁，用纱布过滤，与榨出的果蔬汁混合。
6.加入柠檬汁，韭菜的异味可用菠萝的香味调节，口味较为理想。
产品疗效 对高血压、便秘均有一定疗效。
