材料
里脊肉200克,韭黄100克,豆芽菜50克,胡萝卜50克。
调料
精盐一匙,味精一匙,色拉油两大匙,芝麻油一匙,葱丝、姜丝各一大匙。
做法
①将里脊肉、胡萝卜切丝,韭黄切段。
②里脊肉丝加入油、葱、姜丝拌匀,覆上微波薄膜,高火1分钟,再加入韭黄、豆芽菜、胡萝卜丝,调入剩余的调料,充分搅匀,覆上微波薄膜,高火4分钟至熟即可。
