制作方法:
选用上好完整的核桃仁,水发后放入温油锅内慢慢炸熟,另起锅放入糖炒至琥珀色(请注意翻炒),投入炸好的桃仁翻匀,冷却后装盆。
特点:色似琥珀,香酥脆甜。
