Objective: This study aimed to examine occupational choice self-efficacy of nursing post-graduates who graduated this year or previously in Beijing and Shanxi, and explore differences due to age, grade and city.

This article focus on the actuality and influencial factors of the career decision-making self-efficacy of the college graduates in order to provide theoretical foundation for the job of employment counseling and to provide constructionalsuggestions for related departments.
