麻油炒猪心
主料: 猪心1个。
辅料: 酱油1匙半,老姜1块,水1/4杯,米酒1杯半,麻油3大匙。
制法: ①猪心对切,去除内部血块,洗净备用;
②猪心切成片状;
③老姜切成片状;
④麻油放入炒锅,油热后放入姜片爆香,加入猪心翻炒,再加入米酒,酱油和水,煮至汤汁滚开即可。
