是由梭状芽胞杆菌和诺氏水肿杆菌引起的主要局限于皮下蜂窝组织的急性感染。通常3~5d后发病,主要表现为皮下组织广泛炎性、坏死,但肌肉通常无坏死,全身症状轻。诊断主要根据临床特点和渗液涂片。一旦确诊,伤口应立即切开引流,切除坏死组织,伤口敞开,用大量3%过氧化氢溶液冲洗或湿敷。静脉滴注青霉素G。加强支持疗法。
