主料:鸡肉

辅料:大米 小米 杏仁 板栗 胡萝卜 葱 姜

调料:酱油 胡椒粉 盐 高汤精 牦油

烹制方法:

1、将板栗去皮洗净,胡萝卜切成粒,大米和小米蒸成米饭,并加入杏仁拌匀;

2、将鸡肉中加入酱油、蚝油、盐、胡椒粉、葱、姜腌制片刻,坐锅点火倒入油,下胡萝卜粒煸炒一会,再放入鸡肉炒散后加入盐、葱姜末,放入蒸好的米饭和板栗翻炒,炒散后倒入电饭煲中再煲5分钟即可。

特点:浓香四溢,营养丰富。
