hot charging
rezhuang热装(hot。harging)将热锭装入均热炉的工艺操作。热钢锭占入炉钢锭的百分比称热锭率。通常情况下,从脱模跨间热送至初轧车间的钢锭,可以直接装炉加热,(见彩图插页第3页)只有装炉温度低于600℃的合金钢和低于500℃的高碳钢钢锭才须按规定凉炉后装炉(见钢锭加热)。 热装同冷装相比较具有如下优点:(l)加热周期短,装炉温度为700℃时钢锭的加热时间约为冷锭加热时间的一半;(2)燃料消耗低,钢锭平均装炉温度为900℃时的标准燃料单耗为15一19kg八钢,而冷锭的单耗为85一nskg八钢;(3)金属烧损少,平均装炉温度为800C时钢锭加热全过程的烧损率为1.34%,而冷锭的烧损率为2.07%。可见,提高钢锭的热锭率和装炉温度有极大的经济效益。 ‘毛太奄、
