提高。为解决这一间题,将脱模后的钢锭迅速放置到保温车内送至均热炉,是行之有效的措施。1985年鞍钢第二初轧厂成功地试验了7.8t上小下大挂绝热板的镇静钢钢锭液芯装炉微能加热,使煤气单耗下降40写,加热效率提高20%,成坯率提高。.69%,达到与沸腾钢钢锭液芯装炉相近的效果,但因镇静钢钢锭头部挂绝热板不能采用封顶,要求在脱模和装炉过程中审慎操作,不能将钢锭碰倒。利用钢锭凝固传热模型,计算各关键时刻(如脱模、装炉、出炉、开轧及终轧)钢锭内的温度场,对钢锭热送,特别是对液芯加热和液芯轧制工艺的优化有重要指导意义。(参见彩图插页第页) (胡林姜永林)gQngding resong钢锭热送(i ngothot charge)将钢锭趁热.送至初轧厂装入均热炉的操作。分完全凝固钢锭热送和带液芯钢锭热送两类。主要适用于车铸的大型钢锭。热送可以充分利用钢锭余热,提高均热炉周转率和减少钢锭烧损,降低燃料消耗。沸腾钢钢锭能够快速封顶,比较适于带液芯装炉加热和轧制,节能效果显著。中国鞍山钢铁公司(鞍钢)从20世纪80年代初开始试验液芯加热和液芯轧制技术,把沸腾钢钢锭模注满后马上打水封顶脱模,不等中心凝固就装入均热炉,给少量煤气保温,待中心与表面温度均匀后即出炉轧制。这一技术可大大地减少钢锭在炉时间和节约煤气,但因沸腾钢钢锭露天传搁无法使这一技术全面推广。ZF法(即用上大下小带球形底部的镇静钢钢锭模加瓶口式铸铁顶盖浇注沸腾钢钢锭)工艺为提高沸腾钢钢锭装炉温度,保证液芯装炉率创造了有效和可靠的条件。鞍钢在推广ZF法后的1984年,钢锭的装炉温度超过950℃以上的占全部ZF锭产量的58%,使利用钢锭芯部未凝固的结晶潜热进行液芯加热和液芯轧制的条件更好。1985年在第二初轧厂又试验了沸腾钢钢锭密集装炉微能加热工艺(由于热损失小,只给少量煤气即可完成钢锭加热)。与传统非液芯加热钢锭相比,均热炉燃耗降低约50%,均热炉生产能力提高约30%~40%,钢锭的氧化铁皮损失由1.5%左右降至。.8%左右。镇静钢钢锭一般采用凝固后热送装炉。1986年热送率最高的本溪钢铁公司平均送锭温度达880℃,用沸腾钢钢锭模挂绝热板浇注的上小下大镇静钢钢锭,由于脱模后钢锭露天传搁,制约了热送温度的进一步
