乳菌 乳菌 病证名。指婴儿口中有肉肿起，高如菌状。肿甚妨碍吮乳而啼哭。多由胎中火旺或胃有热毒所致。治宜清热解毒，选用凉膈散、清胃散。外用薄荷、甘草煎汤洗拭口腔。肿甚者，用消毒三棱针刺破菌头，如有出血，以消毒纱布拭净，再以冰硼散涂之。
