柚子蜜
1.先在不沾锅里放上水和冰糖，点小火煮化。这个量就没有一定的标准.可以根据自己的口味增减,一定要用不沾锅或者是沙锅啊，其他锅容易沾.
2.削皮。像削苹果一样削.然后切成细细的丝..
3.再剥皮和肉之间那层白色的肉。 剥后小多了吧,柚子肉也切成片状
4.切好后放入糖水内用小火煮，不要盖锅盖，半小时左右就煮好了。(我用了快一个小时了呢)
5.等放到温热时放蜂蜜，因为温度过高对蜂蜜不好。
6.拌匀.边放凉就一边变稠的。
一般来说不要看水煮成什么样了，煮的时候发现一丝丝的皮变得粘粘的，而且有点硬的样子，就肯定好了。
