原料:
鸡蛋3个,红辣椒2个。
辅料:
姜丝5克,大蒜5瓣, 盐、酱油、味精各适量。
做法:
①将鸡蛋煮得老一些,捞出用冷水冲凉,剥去蛋壳,切成蛋片;红辣椒,去蒂及子,洗净,切成丁;大蒜去皮,切片。
②锅置火上,放油烧热,下入辣椒丁炒至半熟,加蒜片、盐炒熟,放入姜丝、味精,淋上酱油。
③把蛋片码入盘中,把炒好的辣椒浇在上面即可。
tips:
①鸡蛋煮得老一些方便切片。
②不喜欢辣味的,红辣椒可以用柿子椒、黄瓜代替。
