原料:

1杯低脂牛奶(其实多少无所谓,看你准备一口气喝多少了)

1小勺新鲜的磨得很细的咖啡(不是速溶的那种,是用新鲜咖啡豆磨的,没有的话速溶应当也可以吧,香味可能不同)

3到4片薄荷叶,撕或切碎

做法:

牛奶里放咖啡末,加热(我就是用微波炉),热到快要沸腾却还没有的程度。

放入薄荷,用勺子搅一搅。

把牛奶放在室温下降降温,让咖啡和薄荷入入味,再喝。我比较喜欢在牛奶还是温热偏热的时候喝,尽管是夏天吧,因为薄荷的清凉和暖暖的牛奶有种意想不到的默契。

心得:

喝得主要是牛奶,咖啡只是添一点味道,所以我没有用先煮咖啡,再加牛奶的方式。

咖啡因为是新鲜磨的,不是粉末,所以会有颗粒,牛奶加热后,颗粒自然会沉淀;不过要是请客的话,可以用过滤纸把咖啡颗粒去掉,或是慢慢把牛奶从一个容器倒入另一个。我个人人为咖啡的黑色给平淡的牛奶加了视觉上的味道。

薄荷在热牛奶中泡得久了,会变黑,没关系,但要是请别人喝的话,可以照上面提到的,过滤出来。
