性质:又称连续培养法(continuous culture)。将培养槽(罐)串连起来,以溢流或其他方法连续加料和出料并保持培养过程处于稳定状态的发酵培养方法。有下列优点:(1)保持微生物高速繁殖和产生大量代谢产物,提高生产效率;(2)减少间歇培养每次清槽、消毒、接种等操作所需的时间,提高设备利用率;(3)产品质量比较稳定;(4)生产操作更适于自动化,但对染菌须更加注意。
