辅料：
鲜橙汁50克，白糖15克，盐3克。
做法：
1.白菜心洗净，切丝；黄瓜洗净，切丝；胡萝卜去皮切丝，盛入碗中撒盐腌15分钟。
2.滗去渗水，加入橙汁、白糖，拌匀即可。
