性质:固体发酵是在一定的温度和湿度环境中在底面开孔或不开孔的浅盘中利用固态培养基(以麸皮、垄糠等拌制的培养基)培养微生物以生产微生物菌体或其代谢产物。用于此种发酵的装置可以是固定橱柜式的,也可以是带式或转盘式的,后两者可以连续进料和出料。
