BEIJING, March 30 (Xinhuanet) -- The DPRK has released a video animation of a missile destroying a nuclear capable US B-52 bomber. The video animation was put up on the semi-official Uri-min-zokkiri website.

The video carried subtitles warning of dire consequences for South Koreans if the DPRK fires at nuclear bombers. The posting is seen as a response to the United States flying two nuclear capable B-2 stealth bombers on a practice mission from the US mainland over the Korean Peninsula on Thursday.

The US had called the drill a demonstration of its ability to conduct long range, precision strikes "quickly and at will". The DPRK had also recently posted video animations of a burning US Capitol building and US military bases in Guam and Japan being destroyed.
