目的 观察和胃冲剂(暂定名,由砂仁、鸡内金、神曲、麦芽四味中药组成)对营养性半固体食物的促胃肠传输作用,从分别含阳春砂、绿壳砂及缩砂的三种和胃冲剂中筛选出较优组方,探讨剂量反应关系;通过研究该冲剂对左旋精氨酸、左旋麻黄碱引起胃肠动力障碍小鼠模型胃肠动力的影响和对大鼠血中胃动素及一氧化氮的作用,初步讨论该冲剂的作用机制;并观察该药的急性毒性。
