ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of the Heweichongji (HWCJ, composing of amomum, chicken gizzard membrane , medicated leaven and malt) on the gastrointestinal motility of normal and dysmotility rats, to select the best among HWCJs containing three different amonum respectively , and to study its influnces on the plasma motilin and nitric oxide of rats as well as its acute toxicity.
目的 观察和胃冲剂(暂定名，由砂仁、鸡内金、神曲、麦芽四味中药组成)对营养性半固体食物的促胃肠传输作用，从分别含阳春砂、绿壳砂及缩砂的三种和胃冲剂中筛选出较优组方，探讨剂量反应关系；通过研究该冲剂对左旋精氨酸、左旋麻黄碱引起胃肠动力障碍小鼠模型胃肠动力的影响和对大鼠血中胃动素及一氧化氮的作用，初步讨论该冲剂的作用机制；并观察该药的急性毒性。

【植物形态】
多年生草本，高1～1.5m；具匍匐根茎。叶片线状披针形，长20～30cm，宽2.5～5cm，先端长尾尖，基部渐狭，两面无毛；叶舌披针形，长2～4.5cm，膜质，无毛。总花梗长1～3cm；苞片披针形，褐色；小苞片包卷住萼管；花萼白色，顶端3齿裂；花冠管较萼管略长；唇瓣圆匙形，白色，顶端具突出、2裂的黄色小尖头，中脉隆起，紫色；雄蕊长约1cm，药隔附属体3裂。蒴果卵圆形，长1.5～2.2cm，宽0.8～1.2cm，被片状、分裂的短柔刺；种子紫褐色，被淡棕色膜质假种皮。花期4～6月，果期6～9月。 生于山谷密林中。主产海南。
【采制】
夏、秋果实成熟时摘收，晒干或低温干燥。取用种子。
【性状】
果实呈长椭圆形或卵圆形，有明显珠三棱，长1.5～2cm，直径0.8～12.cm；表面棕褐色，被片状、分枝的短柔刺，基部具果梗痕；果皮厚而硬。种子团较小，每瓣有种子5～17粒；种子多面形，直径1.5～2mm。气芳香，味淡。

含挥发油，其中有a-蒎烯、莰烯、B-蒎烯、蒈烯-3、柠檬烯、桉油素及伞花烃等。
【性味】
性温，味辛。
【功能主治】
理气开胃，消食。用于脘腹胀痛、食欲不振、呕吐。
