性质:指分散相与分散介质的亲合力很高,以至于二者混合时可以自发分散,破坏后又可以可逆复原,形成热力学稳定的均相体系。此类胶体通常是指高分子溶液,包括高分子化合物溶液如蛋白质、酶类、纤维素类溶液、淀粉浆、胶浆等和高分子聚合物溶液如右旋糖苷、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液等。与之相反,绝大多数无机物胶体的分散相与分散介质亲合力差,只能形成热力学不稳定的多相体系,这称为憎液胶体或疏液胶体(lyophobic colloid)。如果作为分散介质的液体是水、则分别称为亲水胶体(hydrophilic colloid)与疏水胶体(hydrophobic colloid)。
